We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% of the order. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- You fill out the form with the link below.
- Fill out the form with the part numbers, description, quantity and reason for return.
- You click “SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST” button so we will get an email showing the parts you are requesting to return.
- You will receive an email confirming that you submitted a Return.
- Within 24 hours you will receive the address and RMA# to send the return to. (if it is Friday after 3pm then you will not get an RMA reply until Monday afternoon)
- Are in their original packaging
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Automotive repair manuals
- Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Items incorrectly shipped to egermanparts.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from egermanparts.com will not be accepted.
Core Returns
If you would like to
return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your
request through our Returns form
Please note:
- All fluids must be drained from the core, if box gets oily we will charge a $20.00 cleaning fee
- The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
- Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
- Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
- Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
- Cores MUST be returned within 90 days of purchase date. Core returned to us after this period will not be eligable for refund, nor will they be returned to the customer.
Order Cancellations and Additions
Cancellations must call 1-866-286-2051 ASAP. Our orders are usually processed the same day promptly anytime before 11:45am Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Your cancellation must be placed early in order to ensure that you will not be sent and charged for the shipment. You will be responsible for shipping orders back. We will not accept Email cancellations. Additions should be made in the same time you would make a cancellation, early, only by phone, the day your order is scheduled to be sent out. For example, if you order on Saturday, you will need to call early morning Monday (Pacific Time) to make an addition. We suggest calling early – we open at 6am PST Monday-Friday.
Refunds
We will issue a full
refund for any returned products when your return meets the above
requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those
instances where the return is a result of our error. The process takes approximately 30 days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse. Our liability for returns are limited to purchased goods (parts) and shipping (if shipping refund is granted) only up to the highest price any customer pays on a single invoice.We are not liable for Labor costs due to replacement of a defective or damaged part for any reason.
Damaged Products
If your product is received in damaged condition, you must note that on any delivery confirmation documents; then contact the shipper and file a claim for damages immediately. Remember to keep a record of all communications regarding your claim, including the identity of any persons with whom you speak and any claim or file numbers you are given. You must save all packing materials and contact us within one business day so we can assist you, also go here to start a Return.

egermanparts.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please visit our returns form for more information.
